How do you ensure the freshness of the food during transit?
We use temperature-controlled, insulated packaging and eco-friendly cooling packs to ensure your food arrives fresh and at the safe internal temperature.
What is the order cutoff time for next-day delivery?
To receive your order by the next business day, please place your order by 2:00 PM local time. Orders placed after this time will be processed the following day.
Do you offer options for specific dietary requirements?
Yes, IKU offers a wide range of gluten-free, vegan, and nut-free options. Each product page features a full ingredient list and allergen warnings for your safety.
What should I do if my package is delayed or damaged?
If your order arrives damaged or is significantly delayed, please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery. We will provide a full refund or a replacement immediately.
Can I skip or pause my subscription at any time?
Absolutely. You can manage your subscription through your account dashboard. You have the flexibility to skip a week, pause your deliveries, or cancel at any time before your next billing cycle.
